Design Policy
BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY WRITTEN AND PLACED TO PROTECT YOU ("THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER") AND MYSELF ("CANDY CREATIONS"). IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU VIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR CONTACTING ME FOR PROJECTS.
All information that is required for your design, MUST be organized and clear. It is very important to have a clear vision of what you want for your design. I would prefer not to freestyle, as our creative visions may be different. Also, freestyling may lead to more revisions. Please refrain from sending low quality images for your design. PRICING, REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
All projects require full payment before they are started. Once payment has been made, a form will be sent via email to be filled out. Candy Creations does not provide refunds unless agreed upon. All pricing is subject to change. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Debit/Credit or Etransfer. An email will be sent when payment has been received and when the project has been started.
DRAFTS+REVISIONS
For all logos, Candy Creations will send out two logo drafts for clients to choose from. There are a maximum of (3) revisions for each project. After the (3) revisions, all additional revisions will be a $5-10 charge depending on the project. It is important to respond to all emails and revisions in a reasonable timeframe or project can be terminated.
TIMEFRAMES
All projects will take approximately 7-14 business days to complete depending on the amount of clients for that week. It is VERY important that clients respond to emails and revisions in a reasonable timeframe. If a client fails to respond in a reasonable timeframe, projects may be terminated at any time. If the project is abandoned for over 30 days (meaning that client has not been responding to emails) that project will be closed and client may be charged to start over.
CONTENT DELIVERY FILES/POLICY
All logo designs will be sent in JPG, PNG and PDF. Please request if you require a different file format for printing when you send in your form. Other projects such as business card designs, E-flyers, Instagram covers ETC will be sent in JPG or PNG. Your project may be uploaded to CandyCreationsgfx Instagram page unless asked not to.
